Thank you for choosing Blegend Gym. Our refund and return policy is designed to ensure transparency and fairness in all transactions. Please read the following carefully to understand our policies regarding Monthly Membership Fees, Freezing Memberships, and Private Classes Packages.

1. Monthly Membership Fee:

  • The monthly membership fee is due in full, upfront, and in advance each month.
  • No partial refund will be issued unless under specific cancellation terms as outlined below.
  • The Monthly Recurring Payment is likely to be on the same date each month, and any changes are at the sole discretion of Blegend Gym.

Cancellation Terms:

  • Monthly memberships can be canceled with a minimum notice of 15 days before the next billing cycle.
  • Cancellation requests made after this period will be effective from the subsequent billing cycle, and no refund for the current month will be processed.

2. Freezing Membership:

  • Members may freeze their membership for up to 3 months in a calendar year at the discretion of Blegend Gym.
  • A Freeze Fee of AED 50 will be charged each month during the freeze period.
  • To initiate a freeze, members must request it in writing 15 days before the intended freeze period.

Terms for Freezing:

  • Members must have all payments up to date to be eligible for membership freezing.
  • The Freeze Fee is non-refundable and will be charged in place of the regular monthly membership payment during the freeze period.

3. Private Classes Package:

  • Private classes have an expiration date of 6 months from the date of purchase.
  • Cancellation of a private class is not permitted within 6 working hours of the scheduled time; otherwise, the class will be deducted.

Refund for Private Classes:

  • In the event of a cancellation made with more than 6 working hours’ notice, the class will be rescheduled or refunded.
  • If Blegend Gym needs to cancel a private class for any reason, a full refund or rescheduling option will be provided.

General Refund and Return Guidelines:

  • Refunds will be processed using the same method as the original payment.
  • Refunds will be issued within 15 business days of approval.
  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@blegendgym.com
